So, it is mandatory to handle these chores efficiently enough that you do not even get tired and still get a pristine shine of surfaces. If you do not want to bear the expense of costly cleaning liquids, DIY suggestions can prove great. You can use the stuff available at home for cleaning and here, we have mentioned some tactics below. So, let’s explore what you need to follow:

Use a Mixture of Citric Acid and Lemon Juice

Are you aware of the fact that citric acid removes germs even if they are stubborn? If you get a quality citric acid powder for cleaning and mix it well in lemon juice, it will work magically. The best way is to apply this mixture on surfaces that contain clingy stains and then wait for at least five minutes. It will remove them and you won’t have to rub them as water pressure would be enough to get the cleaning done.

Use Detergent

Cloth washing detergent is helpful for cleaning surfaces like floors, basins, countertops, and similar spaces. You can mix the detergent in water and then apply it to washing surfaces. It eliminates bad odor and removes stains. It is one of the inexpensive things and you won’t have to deal with a messy look.

Coke Removes Stains

It is true that coke removes stains but only a few people believe it. If the commode of a bathroom isn’t very clean and you find yellow stains there, pour a bottle of coke there to see a difference. You’ll like this idea of removing stains with coke especially in the commode and basin areas. It doesn’t prove expensive and you won’t need to exert extra effort.

Apply a Combo of Baking Soda and Lemon Juice

Now, I am going to mention the most useful tactic that doesn’t prove useful for surfaces only but helps in removing stains from clothes too. You should make a combo of these two items and while doing this, make sure to keep the quantity of lemon juice good enough that the mixture doesn’t get thick. You can even rely on fresh lemons because they are more effective. Vinegar is also effective in this case.

Use Vodka for Removing Carpet Stains

It is a fact that carpet stains prove hard to clean but with vodka, it won’t be a problem. Apart from it, vodka can even remove germs and bacteria from the carpet. Vodka is a great way to clean carpets and it’s not expensive and you won’t have to pour a full bottle as a few drops would be enough. The best way is to mix vodka with water to avoid color fading.

Apply a Shiner on Countertops

The countertops of your kitchen should look clean and shiny and for this purpose, you can apply a quality shiner on the surfaces. It will not only maintain a shiny touch but the countertop will resist scratches too.
