We’ve all seen Manny Khoshbin’s car collection on Youtube and clips of his beautiful home he shares with wife Leyla Milani. But we’ve now got the latest news: Manny and Leyla are selling their gorgeous New Port Beach home for a whopping $33 million dollars! I love it when home’s of the rich and famous go on sale as it gives us an opportunity to actually take a peak at what their home really looks like inside. And believe me – we are not disappointed!

This amazing mediterranean style home is located on 12 Fairway Point in Newport Coast, California! The home sits on almost 1 acre of land and has a beautiful view with tons of greenery. This mansion is almost 16,000 square feet and includes 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, more than enough for a large family!

The entrance to the home is absolutely stunning and features a combination of wood and marble flooring with large marble dog statues to great you!

Here’s a picture of Leyla Milani right at the entrance, if you take a look you can see just the exquisite craftsmanship on this home. The flooring, marble pillars, moldings, everything looks like it has been built to last and stand the test of time. The home was built in 2002 and still looks very well kept and up to date. It’s timeless decor means it will always look in style no matter the trends coming and going.

The kitchen is beautiful but since I love cooking and entertaining, I would personally like the kitchen to be bigger and feature an island with bar stools! Nevertheless, the marble backsplash and all-white carpentry make it look elegant and timeless.

Leyla and Manny’s bedroom is absolutely huge and has a large terrace to walk out onto in the morning. The waffle ceiling and fireplace attempt to create a cozy feel, but I think this bedroom is just a little too large!

My favorite part – the walk-in closet! I wish we had more photos of this amazing looking closet, it looks absolutely mouth watering. The mirrored cabinets and glass shelving make it look like a mini boutique in your own home. I also love the use of carpeting in the closet, just gives it a cozy and luxurious feel.

Manny Khoshbin’s all-time favorite room in the house: the cigar lounge. I could see a ton of important business meetings taking place in this room, or just a nice place to relax and chat with friends.

Take a look at Manny on the second floor balcony of his home, the view is breathtaking! I love how the home features a lot of flowers, palm trees and greenery.

And last but not least, the huge underground garage which is the reason why this home was probably purchased in the first place! The garage is massive and can feature a ton of cars, all which have now been transferred to Manny’s new office headquarters.
